Tell us who you are, what kinds of photos we’ll be working with (whether they’re older film scans, standard photos, a combination, etc). Let us know what size batch you’re looking to have scanned, if you have a hard deadline for needing the digital files back, and any other important information we should know about working with you/your keepsakes.
Confirmation
You can expect to hear back from The Keepsake Co. within 48 hours. If you don’t, send us another little nudge. We will confirm all the details you provided and move forward by sending a contract that needs to be signed before any next steps are taken.
It’s official
Once you’ve signed the contract, we will coordinate a time and day for pick up or drop off (whatever is most convenient for you) for your keepsakes. Once The Keepsake Co. receives the photos, the scanning process will begin.
